Server/Client Patch – 05/31/2023 – Refined and Reforged 1.2

[Lumination Zone]

  • AI within zone no longer spawn with augmenters or mods.
  • Adjusted Frigates to have more turning so they don’t drift as far while fighting and removed their warp devices.
  • Changes to Matriarch Aurora:
    • Boss now resets when all players have died.
    • Matriarch Aurora now shows up on the instance leaderboard
    • Aurora’s galaxy chat messages now float above them much akin to a player talking in galaxy chat.
    • Adjusted the the true damage environment damage to better reflect the distance of the bubbles of all the phases.
    • Fixed issue with “flashlight beam” on Nullifier Platforms so players can clearly see them. Also adjusted so their firing stays within the “flashlight instead of spraying” and increased their projectile speed.
    • Overseer now uses True Damage instead of Heat.
    • Nullifier Shield now has damage soaks to match the boss.
    • Updated mine visuals to be more visually appealing and more clear what is happening.
    • Increased the speed of the Mobile Nullifier Platforms so they fly in formation with the Aurora easier.
    • Changed the Nullifier Shield to do a shockwave effect instead of a missile-like warhead effect to communicate more effectively when its damage super is activated.
    • Fixed an issue with the mines not self destructing.
    • Fixed an issue with Mobile Nullifier Platforms not inheriting hate.
    • Adjusted various mobs stats.

[Anatolia]

  • Now has a new PvP Zone tag that disables the requirement to turn off safety lock to engage in PvP. Note: This has to be manually enabled by an admin within 48 hours.
  • Fixed a bug where Radiation kills of the Anatolian AI didn’t grant influence.

[Client / UI Changes]

  • Fixed a bug that caused a crash when doing a market check on an invalid item.
  • Fixed a bug with cycling through via “Q” or “Tab” that sometimes reverted to the previous selection.
  • Fixed /like stating it can use teamname in /help as that is handled now under /teamlike.
  • “Toss Some” now works with multiple selections in ships.
  • Fixed several Merchant Navy textures not properly loading.
  • Updated button at the bottom of the UI for jumping through wormholes from “Warp” to “Jump”.

[Item Changes]

  • Aurora overloaders given more unique descriptions.
  • Aurora Blueprints for Fighters, Drones, Shield Chargers and Overloaders changed to build multiples of the items.
  • Adjusted Aurora Shield Chargers, Augmenters, Fighters, and Overloaders stats. Note: Additional item buffs should be in the next patch.
  • Reduced the Nuclear Waste on Rudimentary Admix Blueprint from 10 million to 1.5 million.
  • Changed the following for both the Lunarium and Selenium Blueprints:
    • Reduced Steel Girders from 111k to 11k.
    • Added 400 Sub-Shield Reactors.
  • Transwarps now can be used any time when out of combat but require 75% shields while in combat.
  • Firestream had its Thrust augmod reduced from 50% to 10%.
  • Fixed Twisted Honey’s Amplifier graphic to match the effect distance.
  • Removed Base Transferences from Blueprint packs.
  • Removed Base Transferences as a requirement from various blueprints.
  • Corrected the tweak effect description on the Simple Blockade, Blockade, and Advanced blockade to say -x Vulnerability to all damage instead of -x Resistance to all damage.
  • Corrected Rudimentary Damage Augmenter to say gives some damage instead of shield, and Rudimentary Shield Augmenter to say gives some shield instead of damage.

[Universe Changes]

  • Removed team from AI Station within Blue Photon Test Range.
  • Firestream is now available in Infernal Tempest via Trade Bay Item Exchange.

[Mission Changes]

  • Reduced the number of UrQa Capital Ship Augmenters from 2 to 1 for Augmenter Tweaking 10.
  • Reduced the number of Aveksaka Augmenters required from 3 to 2 for Augmenter Tweaking 10.

[Server]

  • Automated random events every other weekend.
  • Ships that cannot be captured or Radiation Expert captured no longer can be irradiated and blow up.
  • All tractors for Players, AI and bots disable when an object becomes irradiated.
  • AI Stations restrictions for being Subscribed/Premium is now prioritized before a skill check requirement.
  • Item Teleporters now list their restrictions and information on the item stats itself.
  • Mission tracking objects will no longer display a mission target icon unless that object is visible to the player.
  • Made it so termite nests in Biologique and Emphatic Biology won’t spawn a nest if there is no Player Station in the galaxy.
  • Boss resets now give them full shields and energy.
  • Fixed a bug with environmental damage not always working.

[Bug Fixes]

  • Fixed a bug for a stack of weapons passing on multiple of the stack’s mods instead of just one instance.
  • Fixed a bug in Funky Monkey causing characters without the skill to also receive the 16% reduction to HPS.
  • Fixed an issue with the Imperial Dry Dock and Imperial Augmenter Retrieval not working.
  • Fixed an issue with diffusers that may result in slightly different interactions with healing weapons.
  • Fixed a bug with Beam based Super Items that allowed them to get Range and Tracking Auramods/Auratweaks.
  • Fixed a bug with the Owned Ship limit that allowed 1 more then the limit.
  • Fixed a bug where the TSL wouldn’t update to a new account’s TSL information when switching characters/accounts without either /f or redocking.
  • Fixed a bug when a character has logged into the universe for the first time the safety lock is defaulted off even though the client says its turned on.
  • Fixed the bug not listing all the stats listed on DNA Extractors such as electricity and range.
  • Fixed a bug where server treated +vulnerability tweaks as good and -vulnerability tweaks as bad.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed user to remote toss of a PVP Item (Ex. Anatolian Crests) from a docked ship so long as your active ship is undocked.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented direct messaging mutual friends if the player was muted.
  • Fixed a bug with auto targeting to something else when the current selection is a player object.

  • Changed Matriarch Aurora’s Nullifier Mines to no longer do energy damage with their beams.

    • Migrated damage baseline from launchers to missiles: Missiles damage generally increased and Damage bonus of launcher drastically reduced in a similar layout as fighters.

  • Gunner’s Targeting Computers  now use the main weapon as if the deathblossom is turned off if there is no valid target instead of not fire at all.

[Bug Fixes]

  • Fixed a bug where base gear wasn’t listing the number of workers they require to equip.
  • Fixed a potential deadlock server crash with bots unable to find correct path to player.
  • Fixed a bug with Projectile on hit effects transferring between galaxies.
  • Fix for achievements not registering if the kill is done by a fighter or a bot.

  • Increased the tech range of drops chances for Apollo+, Hestia+ and Artemis+ and Hermes+ Blueprints.

  • Increased the electricity per shot with weapons with an AoE “On Hit” effects.
  • Zeus’ Lightning Torpedo will do less damage and use more electricity.
  • Vazuk’ka Qa is now marked as Exalted quality instead of artifact and had stats adjusted.

[Server]

  • Mobile drones that already had warp wake have now had their warp wake distance standardized to 500 + 25 * tech level, up to a maximum of 1000.
  • Removed Disable Missile/Enable Missiles from X menu for bots.

[Bug Fixes]

  • AI and Bots will now factor in Resistance to All Auras and tweaks when valuing what to attack.
  • Fixed an issue with missile / fighter bays not passing on stats to missiles / fighters.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented use of fighters/missiles on AI.
  • Fixed a bug that caused some in-builts not to equip on AI.

[Wild Space Changes]

  • Wild Space Changes: Dev Diary – Refined & Reforged Patch – Part 2
  • Wild Space now has an exclusive naming pool with 600+ new names.
  • Added upgraded versions of the T0 IC Factories and Blueprints for them at Capella. They decay on universe reset.
  • Changed restriction of one Command & Control station per team per galaxy to prevent only if the team has another kit is alive. Dead kits no longer prevent players from placing/transfering/repairing another kit.
  • Removed Command & Control Station’s flat shield bonus from station kit and moved it to a new basebound Shield Capacitor that can be unequipped.
  • Reduced CnC base’s transference resist from 90% to 75% to be in line with all other kits.
  • C&C Ownership Drones are now very high visibility.
  • Termite mounds no longer self destruct when there are no valid attack targets.

[Nexus Streamline]

Note: These require a universe reset to take effect.

[UI / Client Changes]

  • Energy fuel status: The energy bar tooltip will now show what fuels and how much fuel (in time remaining) you have on your ship. When you have less than 15 minutes of fuel remaining the icon will flash red (and flash faster when you have no fuel remaining).
  • Changed the tooltip of the bottom bar button from “Settings” to “Options” to be consistent with the title of the menu.
  • Added Skin contest skins: Dark Behemoth & Industrial Behemoth.
  • Added two new Empyrean skins.
  • Removed the level requirements on the Warp Navigation content guide entries for level recommendations.

[Class and Skill Changes]

  • Summery Gunner Changes: Dev Diary – Refined & Reforged Patch – Part 1
    • Gunner Destruction now does -5% per level instead of -15% per level vulnerability effect.
    • Advanced Targeting Computer now gives 50% Tracking and -15% range. No longer provides benefit to the Deathblossom.
    • Automated Reloading increases Destruction’s effect by another 10%.
    • New Advanced Targeting Computer to replace deathblossom.
  • Shield Monkey:
    • Improved Monkey Mantle can only be used on Freighters.
    • Monkey Mantles are now much smaller.
    • Funky Monkey change to -16.67% Transference Damage. Additionally, a stackable nanite with -20% Transference Power (non stacking) will be injected, causing an additional 20% of your healing to occur over time.
  • Berserker Class 3′s 30% Damage is now locked to Heavy Fighter only.
  • Reduced Engineer’s Beam Mastery’s Tractor Range and Power from 33% to 10%.
  • Tractor Subskills – Tractor Power and Tractor Range now only give 1% per level and Tractor Efficiency only gives -1% tractor usage per level now.
  • Speed Demon’s Overdrive devices granted Electricity was reduced but added -% Electric Tempering.
  • Field Amplification Device and Amplified Field Amplification Device now show the correct range of the amp when using them via a blue circle.
  • Changed the Lagrange Control and Resist skills to use Augstat system:
    • They’ll now appear correctly in show stats and stat sources.
    • They’ll now apply to assets following the normal rules for skills.
    • Slight nerf to the resist skills (because of the way the math works), but control and resist still cancel each other out as they did before.

  • Made Tractor Beams baseline stronger to make up for the loss of power from the Tractor subskills.

  • Beta Defense has been renamed Blue Beta Defense Drone. Blue Beta Defense Drone is now obtainable from all the same sources as the Blue Beta Drone except Perpetual Motion.
  • Imperiled Shield Revitalizer’s tweak effect now lasts for 10 seconds instead of 1 just like Shield Revitalizer.
  • Splendid Trove’s Imperial Seal has been replaced bv a Neurobound Tarnished Imperial Chest and the crate can only be opened on ships now.
  • Automated Attached Miner Kit IV now only has a standard Harvesting Dynamo and only comes with 25 workers and can no longer be upgraded from or to.
  • Updated Scyonara Pod’s description to be more clear that the 2nd pod is a single use and does not return to inventory on death.
  • Crack Palaces no longer drops from DGs and is now purchased from The Junkyard via token exchange.
  • Ratie Moe Augmenter and Jujo’qii Augmenter are now rare augmenters instead of legendary and are obtained now via missions. Ratie Moe Augmenter and Jujo’qii Augmenter will be force unequipped.
  • Adjusted player obtained Kasa Quu Drone radiation resistance from 100% to 55%.
  • Goblin Boogie Device (Goblin super item) by now has a weaker afterburner.
  • Most ships have been given bonus visibility, scaled down to 0 by tech 20.

[AI Changes]

  • Increased the damage and shields of Timotheus the Red and Roaming UrQa’qa Vazuk Vo’kii and increased the loot chances slightly better to their DG counterparts.
  • Removed beam resists from Astro-Santa.
  • New flags for Garganites (Gargan), East Vindia Company, Star Runners (renamed from Star-Runners), Jungle and Serengeti Zaphragi.
  • Significantly reduced the shield bank of Jungle mobs and bosses.
  • Ujqii and Jujo’qii in Arctia no longer drop augmenters.
  • Adjusted Emperor Sharahn Rhak’kai IV’s drop rates closer to standard.
  • Removed Augmenters from several AI such as Icepicks, Forgones, Greens, and several others. They have been given inbuilt stats on spawners instead.

[Universe Changes]

Note: Some of these require a universe reset to take effect.

  • The following galaxies/zones are no longer have PVP enabled: Olympus, Temple Grounds, Mausoleum, End of the Universe, Red Photon Research, and Kidd’s Cove.
  • Moved Rumble Mumble to west EF space (to be with the rest of the Rumbles).
  • Removed energy effect from drones within Blue Photon Testing Instance.
  • Reduced number of Empyrean mobs in the following gals within Empyrean Space: Cosmic Sea, Gwydion, Arawn, Mimir.
  • Updated Subspace galaxy generation naming convention from Catur to Katur to match the majority of other references (and especially the monthly mission).
  • Added Warp Beacons to Prejudice and Celestial Encampment.
  • Earthforce Perilous Outpost and Paxian Stronghold galaxies are now Public Instances. You’ll now only see your own squad members or team members when entering these galaxies.
  • Updated East Vindia and Anomalous Passageway’s suns to work with panels at a reasonable distance.
  • Doubled the size of random AI stations (non-IC).
  • Added 4 new Rudimentary augmenters as drops in Arctia and Vulcan.
  • Increased the repsawn time of the mobs within Vulcan.

[Mission Changes]

  • The last Arctia bot/capping mission now rewards the player with Remote Control 2.
  • Moved the AI Outpost(iceprick, green meanie) missions and turn ins from Sol to the Wild Space Sanctuary galaxies. Added to wreckage description where to turn them in. Changed the turn in missions for Green Meanie and Iceprick wreckage into Trade Bay purchases.
  • Mission “Fire and Ice” renamed to “Icy Reception” and removed the requirement to visit Vulcan.
  • Updated Ring World Under Attack? mission to clearly state go to Ring World in Bonnet.
  • Paxius Mission to XYZ now go to Jungle’s Edge instead. References to XYZ have been removed from other missions as well.

[Server]

  • Player Station and Permenant Drone now have a range based damage reductions. Default is 0% resist under 1k range, and 90% resist above 7k. These reductions scale linearly.
  • Updated and cleaned up several mod descriptions to be more clear of their effect. Especially item weight and size related ones.
  • Tractor Power no longer give bonus to Tractor Range.
  • Ships in stasis no longer get shield regeneration outside of death regeneration (0.5 percent per second).
  • No longer can shoot AI Empire assets while they own the galaxy.
  • RTS controls for drones should now work 100% of the time.
  • Added a new game mechanic called Dust Clouds that can apply “friction” or “boosts” as ships go through them.
  • Base Demolition kits no longer get consumed when used.
  • Decaying commodities event message now item links.
  • Station names now prevent certain special characters from being used.
  • Termite mounds no longer self destruct when there are no valid attack targets and persist the full timeframe.
  • Station upgrading now removes any of the previous items listed on the original kit, adds all items other then commodities and trade bay from the new kit. Also installs the blueprints that comes with the new station kit.
  • Station logs will now state the specific reason why the Station was abandoned.
  • Station logs added for Nullification Generator being lost due to losing galaxy ownership as well as an additional log for the installation of a new one time use Nullification Generator Blueprint.
  • Reduced chance for an equipped item to drop on a station death from 25% to 2.5% and anything else from 50% to 5%. There’s still a random qty for how much drops when its rolled on a stack.
  • Majority of Envelopments no longer take friendly fire damage.
  • Diffuser/Armors now state on their item description “Mitigation scales proportionally to the durability”.
  • Aug stats on items now state “Additional Stats:” instead of “Improves:” Cloaks clarify the additional stats only when active.
  • The “Now Dealing in ” event message when adding an item to the trade bay now lists the buy and sell prices.
  • Updated “Size:” line listed on Ship Item Stats to “Diameter:”. (This is not the size at the bottom that all items use)
  • Updated the description of several mods to be more clear of the augmod they were passing on. Example: Saying -Weight instead of +Nimbleness.

[Bug Fixes]

  • Fixed issue with accepting players via the Team Recruitment menu that allowed accepting members that were currently declared war on.
  • Fixed typo in weaponry 19 content guide entry.
  • Fixed the content guide entry for training shielding 19 still showing when you had shielding 19.
  • Fixed Holiday AI from randomly attacking other AI.
  • Fixed a bug for hull skill restriction not applying when remote equipping bots.
  • Fixed a bug with AI/Bots/Stations using supers items when out of range.
  • White Dwarf suns now will always have Illumination. Previously there was a chance for some to emit nothing for panels.
  • Fixed an issue so now if a character joins a team – any pending Team Recruitment join requests are now canceled.
  • Fixed a bug that made it when a Fleet Commander transwarped it wouldn’t bring its own bots guarding a member of the squad with.
  • Fixed a bug where the station slots required were off by one for odd (non standard) tech levels.
  • Fixed an issue where Market Check (/mc) would not tell players an item wasn’t available when spelled incorrectly.
  • Fixed some leftover mentions of slaves to bots.
  • Fixed Aelia super item aura tweak effect to actually apply to allies and make their ROF lowered as stated.
  • You no longer need to be able to fit the cargo in your hull to scoop something if it can be put in cargo and you have cargohold available.
  • Fighters and Missiles no longer will get mods on their gear.
  • Fixed a bug with owned ships limit that allowed players to obtain one more ship then the limit.
  • Fixed issue with wormholes not locking while Empyrean Fleet Leaders are alive.
  • Fixed a bug where your range could be calculated to be negative.
  • Fixed bug with duplicate Subspace names in generation.
  • Potential fix for planets appearing at 0,0 coordinates.
  • Fixed a bug that gave extra damage to fighters that multifired.
  • Mining bot will no longer attempt to offload pinned or neurobound items. This should avoid case where a bot was stuck unable to offload due to having some pinned commodities on board.
  • Fixed issue with Steam Achievements not working.
  • Fixed a bug when switching characters the logs of previously docked player station would appear instead of the current stations’ logs.

[UI/Client Changes]

  • Added free skins for Orca, Orca+, Porpoise, and Porpoise+ for the original non-Merchant Navy skins.
  • Middle mouse click on the map now links the galaxy name in the chat.
  • Opening Notification Boxes such as Subspace, New Wild Space galaxies, and others will now bring that window to the top and in focus when pressed.

[Anatolian Expanse]

  • All influence (both currently held by teams and AI) increased by x1000 to prevent weird rounding error bugs. This includes the threshold to win as well.
  • Added a new notification system for when the Polemarchos will spawn and will notify when less then 2.5 days remain before it will spawn.
  • Increased phase changes on Starategos to 100 seconds and Polemarchos to 150 seconds.
  • Reduced the damage and shields of the non-boss Anatolians.
  • Polemarchos and Starategos had spawn times and influence increased proportionally.
  • Polemarchos and Starategos keep their dodge-able super items equipped during transform phase.
  • Added asteroid belts in all the Anatolian galaxies to show the limit before an aura will cause negative effects to players.

[Wild Space]

  • All new Termite Siege system. Read the details here: Dev Diary – Termite Sieges
  • Command & Control base changes:
    • Command & Control Station Kit no longer can be irradiated and base becomes destroyed from radiation.
    • Command & Control bases must be deployed within 3k distance from the edge of a sun. The universe generation code been updated accordingly so that at least 3 suns are found in every Wild Space galaxy.
    • The Nullification Generator build time has been increased from 2 hours to 3 hours, but a new system has been introduced that can accelerate the build speed back down under 2 hours.
    • We have added a basebound factory called Nullification Generator Construction Support. This factory automatically constructs Ownership Booster Drones as long as it is equipped and supplied with materials. Ownership Booster Drones auto-deploy upon being built and orbit the station at a distance of 8k.
    • Each deployed drone provides a 16.7% build speed increase to the man-hours required to complete the Nullification Generator Blueprint. In theory, a team can reduce the build time for a Nullification Generator to approximately 100 minutes by constantly building these drones.
  • Teams now track termite mounds in galaxies which have assets (bases, permanent drones) belonging to that team.
    • A list of galaxies with mounds is sent with the team message on login.
    • A termite mound now announces how long it is until the next attack wave, if there is one, when entering its galaxy.
  • Adjusted suitability cap on Colony Enhancement items and the items now introduce a multiplier to the amount the colony is willing to buy per tick.
  • Added Autopilot galaxy linking tags to the new galaxy reveal messages.
  • When entering a galaxy your team owns, it will now state the time until it unowns if the galaxy is unstable.
  • Updated the wording of the Galaxy Reveal notification message and added a new custom notification icon.
  • Industrial Station Research: Y and Industrial Station Research: Z no longer are affected by Construction Speed Bonuses but have had their manhours reduced by 50%.
  • Expedition Team is now locked to the Wild Space layer. Added a new Starter Expedition Team locked to Earthforce layer. Increased the cost of Expedition Team Blueprint from 100 tokens to 200 tokens.
  • Increased the min and max yield of asteroids in random Wild Space galaxies by a factor of x10.
  • Reduced Scorpius’s non-Fermium min and max asteroid yields by ~33%.
  • Doubled the colony storehouse size for the colony commodities (Astral Silk, Troubles, The Spice, Storm Crystals, and Dragon Eggs).

[UI / Client Changes]

  • Pop-up windows will no longer respond to enter/return to prevent accidental selections such as accepting docking ships.
  • Added Level, Class and Subscription status to the Team Roster.
  • Ship Subtype is now listed in the F10 Ship Information menu.
  • Tractors now show rings between user and target.
  • Mission locked Alternative Currency trades are no longer hidden, but shown as LOCKED, double clicking to try to buy anyway will list the mission requirement
  • Replaced up/down arrow overlays on the galaxy map with icons above the DG and Juxta icons.
  • *Installed blueprint’s tooltips will now state if the blueprint does not get Construction Speed Bonuses.
  • Added a new button on the colony tab that disables/enables colony trading per base (Example: Can disable ExE bases from trading with colonies. While CA base on same planet can continue).
  • Changed Orca, Orca+, Porpoise, and Porpoise+ to the new Merchant Navy textured. Added free skins for the original non-Merchant Navy textures.
  • Chat now activates when using “Link Item in Chat”.
  • Added Visibility to the squad/possessions small target tool tip.
  • Fixed a bug with double clicking a name on the Team tab under Social that prevented opening a whisper private chat.
  • Updated beam effects to reflect the dual colors on high+ graphics and not wash out with white glow.

[Skill Changes]

  • Renamed the player skill “War Mongering” (not to be confused with the team skill “Warmongering”) to “Wartime Logistics”.
  • Removed Class Zen skills from being trained in the Lyceum focus and class bases due to the Class Skills tab handling this.

[Item Changes]

  • Bots will no longer automatically use Titanium Plating, Laconia Plating, or Adamantium Plating as they were previous just spamming. Players will need to manually trigger the tweak effect now.
  • Increased the +Damage augmod on Kalthi Cuirass, Kalthi Armored Cuirass, and Kalthi Stinger Cuirass to +3%, +5%, and +3% respectively (originally all 1%)
  • Added the effect description to Red Photon Doomsday Device, Electrified Defense Matrix, Nightfury Focus & Rage Generator, and Spice Protection

  • Bouquet Augmenter no longer drops from DG Basil and Balilus AI. They now drop from Roamer versions of the AI.
  • Stede Bonnet now drops Bouquet Augmenters.
  • Subspace Sas Outposts are capped at one spawn per galaxy.
  • Adjusted Infernal Darkness drops.
  • Removed several of Infernal Darkness negative auras from being Tweakable.
  • Reduced Dark Doom’s aura from -50% Shield Max to -25% for 5000 range and reduced from -80% to -40% for 500 range.
  • Reduced Doom’s aura from -50% Shield Max to -25% for 2000 range.
  • Adjusted balance of various DG mobs and bosses. Some notable wild bots may have been affected.

[Next Universe Changes]

  • Double the number random dungeon galaxies in both Earthforce and Perilous Space.

  • Added two more random Warp Beacons to Earthforce layer around Danger Factor 140/150.

[Mission Changes]

[Server]

  • Accounts are now given a 24 hour grace period before going unsubbed. This means accounts that are auto renewed no longer should spam team message with expiring warnings.
  • Energies, Station Extensions and Shields won’t unequip or shut off when a player station goes into Starving mode.
  • Increased the number of ship slots from 25 to 50 and increase the Subscription bonus from 10 to 25.
    • Deployed bots now count as ship slots (excluding wild bots).
    • Number of slots available checked when docking wild bots (if possible), when transferring bots, purchasing ships, or opening an item form ship.
  • Players can now transwarp from Instances (Still can’t transwarp TO Instance though).
  • Warping from one layer to another will reveal any “Point of Interest” galaxies in the new layer.
  • Added a True Damage type that bypasses resists for certain boss content.
  • Added item linking to the event and squad chat for scooping items.
  • Prospecting nodes now use a new system of terms to describe the size of the node based on the commodity: Trace, Hint, Vein, Haul, Wealth, and Bounty.
  • Switching to a ship when docked now automatically adds any missing inbuilt items.
  • Mission Icon indicators now vanish if you cannot “see” the station or select it.
  • Fixed missing space before ‘(tweakable)’ in aura descriptions.

[Bug Fixes]

  • Fixed issue that prevented Parasites on beams from getting extra damage from a critical hit.
  • Fixed issue with DNA Extraction beams that immediately extracted all 4 DNAs instead of turning off per extraction.
  • Fixed issue with basebound items not being added with you preform a station upgrade with a new kit.
  • Fixed an exploit with bots and squad’s bots transwarping with items marked with No Transwarping and Prevents leaving galaxy. These items are now lost and decayed on jump.
  •  Fixed a bug where base kits which could not be upgraded could be upgraded via the base tech upgrade items.
  • The Artifact Station Tech Upgrades will properly no longer spawn in ruins.
  • Fix for a bug preventing repair of a station in owned gal if the original owner was in a different team.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed for taking over multiple Command & Control ownership bases within the same galaxy on the same team.
  • Fix for a bug causing galaxy ownership to always say “stable” when entering a gal, even when its about to lose ownership.

[Wild Space Changes]

  • Unowning galaxies no longer sends instant update to the map API but owning galaxies still does.
  • No longer can force unown galaxies by abandoning all assets within a galaxy. Galaxies requires waiting for the unown timer.
  • Ownership kit will now delete the nullification factory when galaxy ownership is lost. Blueprint with 1 use is added back at the same time.

[Fighter/Fighter Bay Changes]

  • Fighter Bays have had majority of their damage bonuses shifted over to fighters and now gain damage mainly based off quality tier.
  • Fighters damage now scale more with tech.
  • Fighter bays now scale augmods with tech level and quality instead of being flat by tech level.
  • Fighters now have a maximum launch range scaling on tech level.
  • Added max distance to Fighter item tooltip.
  • Fighter Bays now state “Does not work when equipped on Bots”.

[Loot Changes]

  • Empyrean bosses loot chances have been increased.
  • Demented Delquadrakimdan’s unique loot chances have been increased and the generic loot has slightly be reduced.
  • Akuq’ba loot chances have been increased and added two weapons to drop table.
  • Dragon Lair loot chances have been increased.
  • Adjusted Infernal Darkness drop rate to reflect quality of items.
  • Adjusted Kidd drop rate to reflect quality of items.
  • Added some new fighters to the game to various content.

[UI / Client Changes]

  • Made the following changes to the map:
    • Less jarring colors for different war navigations.
    • Protected galaxy icon no longer shown visually.
    • Changed Point of Interest galaxy icons to have the warp navigation color on the sphere with the white sonata star on the front.
    • New Up and Down with white and black icons respectfully much like juxta and dungeon circles around the outside of the sphere.
    • Improved the sphere image on the galaxy map to feel more rounded.
    • Adjusted the offsets of base icons from the galaxy circles in the galaxy map
    • Galaxy Map tooltip now always displays the Warp Navigation expectation based off the Danger Factor.
  • Updated login screen background.
  • Character Selection screen only shows a page 2 when a player has 6 or more characters and no longer shows the 5th character on the 2nd page.
  • On character selection screen, right arrow and left arrow keys will switch to the next page or previous page of characters if they have 6 or more characters.
  • No longer lists the credits required until going to the next screen in Neural Replacement (skill reset) and changed the text of the button on first page from “Reset Skills” to “Show Options”.
  • Adjusted the mods to be after the item name when copy pasting from the inventory.
  • When a server is down, the red Sonata Bot icon now shows as sleeping.
  • Added separator lines to the right click context menu to space out certain options to prevent misclicks.
  • Typing @[Gal Name] turns the text green and allows anyone in the chat to click on the gal name in chat to autopilot to the location. Useful for calling out galaxy names for Squads or Trade chat.
  • Typing [[Item Name]] turns the text the quality of the item and allows upon click to have a window of item stats appear. Lets you share stats of an item easily with others.
  • Added a new “Link Item in Chat” option in the right click context menu that puts [[Item Name]] in chat.
  • Ship Subtype is now listed in the F10 Ship information menu but is not fully active yet.
  • In the Ships tab when docked, the table now lists the ship’s tech.
  • Transwarp menu now lists the layer of the galaxy.
  • Changed Porpoise and Orca to new Merchant Navy textures (Free skins to original textures will be in later patch).

[Item Changes]

  • Constant DPS on Twisted Panels and Mega Moe Engines changed to percent Damage.
  • Removed BFE, Oversized BFE, and Gigantic BFE from being in containers when they drop.
  • Changed the following on the Fighter Overdrive Blitz on Kalthi Armored Commander:
    • to only affect personal possessions.
    • reduced the charge time from 2 minute to 1 minute.
    • Adjusted tweaks to 125% damage, 40% recoil and 35% range.

  • Changed the following on Kalthi Armored Deployer’s Gemini Support Platform:
    • Removed the flat electric charge pulsing.
    • Reduced the time to deploy from 3 seconds to 2 seconds.
    • Slightly increased offensive abilities.
    • Reduced cooldown from 5 minutes to 3 minutes.
    • Reduced the lifetime from 2 minutes to 1 minute.
  • Increased the Damage on Kalthi Cuirass, Kalthi Armored Cuirass, and Kalthi Stinger Cuirass to +3%, +5%, and +3% respectively.
  • Fixed Aether Escape Device to properly state it increases visibility.
  • Updated Items Teleporter descriptions to remove reference that it has to be connected team space.

[AI Changes]

  • “NPC-like” AI fighters (like the ones that come from the bases in new universes or Aveksaka Outpsots) will no longer get the bonus fighter evasion or be immune from deathblossoms.
  • Added additional AI names.

[Next Universe Changes]

  • Added additional Juxtapositions to deep Warp 3 Earthforce.
  • Removed Juxtaposition, Concourses, and Subspace links in Wild Space.

[Server]

  • Canceling a limited use blueprint build will now refund the uses (Known issue where the uses aren’t immediately updated).
  • Show Stats for drones now displays Field Generators additional to weapons.
  • Scooped items now show a list of the modifications instead of just a “*”. Note: this also affects the squad chat list of scooped items as well.
  • Players no longer get OOC while docked inside player station is also under attack.
  • PvP Timer now prevents characters from being Out of Combat.

[Bug Fixes]

  • Fixed a bug where base kits which could not be upgraded could be upgraded via the base tech upgrade items
  • Added a check to prevent repairing unattached bases in unowned galaxies due to them instantly blowing up on repair.
  • Fixed a bug with parasites unable to create multiple stacks from multiple sources.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the number text in transfer credits windows to turn red in certain situations improperly.
  • Fixed a bug with caching accounts max character number that sometimes caused the Create Character window to appear even though the player has no open slots when logging in between multiple accounts.
