Also make it so that galaxies that are not wiped out of these ai bases start to grow in numbers (like developing a gal), eventually to ownership.

Nothing crazy, but probably requiring some legitimate "PvB" in the higher DF gals. This! With a trade off of better commods or ruins in said galaxies perhaps? |

Remove the hostile Ai bases from EF space though.

In our space there is on average one per galaxy. Due to the fact some have 2-3 in them.

Indeed, it was at least one every other for us. Was a fun reset to fight them in travel ships!

The way I did it was each gal has a 50% chance to have a regular base at 1000, -200 (for the BG bases; pick bases are opposite in the X axis), 50% chance to have a regular base at 1000, 200, and 15% chance to have a super base at 1200, 0. So in theory, there should have been several galaxies with 3 bases in them. (3.75% of the gals at DF 130 and above.)

The main thing I've noticed when I've been able to get online is that flying alone in EF space is a bad idea. I got swarmed by tens upon tens of Voltages and Wattages while in my travel ship and it took several fives of minutes to return to safe space. I must say, the universe trully does feel "wild" at reset. This pleases me. I am off to conquer...

There is some mean swarming going on in EF space this uni. Love it. I had like 5 forgones on my butt and one of the BG pillboxes shooting at me in one gal.
