The first time it eventually succeeded and downloaded files. If you have already downloaded files and the patcher is still running you can quit it.

The uploading hash part may take a few. minutes

I think everyone who dowloaded Jey's beta client recently needs to manually run patchbot now form the SS directory using "run as admin" if they are having problems with it getting stuck.

So like an Emp item bp that could make any type of primal gear but is like one time use?

I don't want the change to Neurobound weapons to be 100% unequip rate. Make it have a chance to unequip similar to what not using Gear Glue would be for dropping an item.
