Problem: Cloaks were recently changed to require you to have them activated to receive the stat bonuses, ie: Mzungu Cloak's +10% Crit Chance. This has caused most players to play with their cloaks on, which makes every single ship a nearly invisible version of itself and completely destroying visual clarity on runs or in general. It also ruins the point of buying skins, as you can't see them under the transparency anyways. Solution: Bring back the C1 blue circle of particles around your ship, and remove the transparency entirely.

YES. SS will also make more money since people will buy skins for things you can't see now, like cloaked slaves.

Make it so when you cloak you the player flying your ship still can see your ship. All other players see the cloaked version. Same with cloaked slaves you own. Maybe a slight dark tint to visually know your ship or slave ships have cloaks running.

If I die and my cloak "bugs" out, it is better than being alive normally with cloak.

With many ships, it's very hard to see which way you're facing when cloaked as well. This urgently needs a rework.
