Problem: certain non-instanced bosses such as the Jungle area and DG ubers are attractive locations for players to do content at. During high traffic hours of the day certain players are forced to wait for boss respawn because bosses are not instanced. Waiting for respawn is a great source for frustration for players and a terrible artificial content mechanic. Goal: to remove player frustration from waiting for spawn. Suggestion: Instance the Jungle area. Create hub area similar to the Mausoleum with t20 DG ubers such as Dark Curse and Captain Albatross.

I agree, none instanced hot spots such as Jungle and Bonnet should either be pvpable or instanced. This will also stop the fact of boss sniping.

Instant respawn on mobs will also be critical, having a tiger bp is useless if you have no jacs and ever mobs dead.
