Add PvP back to UZ (The Serengeti)

UZ is a very popular zone for endgame players to farm and it's close proximity to Sol has solidified it's history as a PvP hotspot. Sadly since PvP was removed from the zone, it's reduced the amount of fights that players have been able to find when they want to PvP. I suggest adding PvP back to this zone for these reasons: 1) It's historically been a PvP hotspot and it's removal does harm to the game by reducing potential PvP. 2) Reducing the amount of PvP leads to a stagnant political atmosphere which makes the game less active and stale. 3) Base augs which are used exclusively by endgame players are farmed in this zone, making this zone just as important as other endgame zones. 4) Being able to attack opponents in this zone can potentially reduce the amount of war materials they are able to farm. See also reason #3. 5) The zone is farmed almost exclusively by endgame players and their alts which nullifies the false narrative where some players claim it's a low-level zone that's farmed by newer players. 6) The game needs more pvp.
