Add a way to organize ships in the 'Ships' tab

If you want to organize the order in which your ships are displayed in the Ships tab, you currently have to undock and redock ships in such a fashion that it organizes the ships into the order you want them. This can get hairy when you have freezer ships and whatnot. I suggest a simple QOL feature that will allow you to drag ships in the Ships tab in such a way where you can organize them into the order you want them.
