We noticed you haven’t played Star Sonata in a few years. Here’s what you’ve missed!

We launched Star Sonata 2! Get into the 3D action and explore the farthest reaches of space with a new user interface. Inventory management and autopiloting have never been easier!

We revamped our free to play system and there is no level cap! You can fight the expanded Earthforce space, build bases in Celestial Gardens, and get your skills up to tech 18! Roughly 80% of the game is now FREE. There’s no better time to come back and get back into the game.

In June 2013 we launched our first expansion to Star Sonata 2 called Subspace Assault. The expansion added a new layer to the map called Subspace where waves of enemy Aveksaka spawn to purge the universe. If that’s not exciting enough for you there’s even more that we’ve added!

For the most recent update to the game, we launched the Class Rebalance. This rebalance made all classes immediately useful upon selecting the class and gives all players options for solo and group gameplay. For players who have received tech 21 skills, you can now choose an Advanced Class subskill to further customize your class  To accompany the class rebalance, we added the Crucible, a solo arena to test your skills against waves of AI and earn super items which do powerful and interesting effects.

Our new and improved website was launched with a variety of features to augment your gameplay. We have a new suggestions system that lets us see what’s a priority to you, our players. You can create suggestions and vote on existing ones. Every month we review the top five and give our responses, and will even add them to the game.
