Head to the user control panel, type or paste your voucher code into the box and press "Check". If the code is valid, you'll see a "Redeem" button. Click "Redeem" to use the voucher.
Voucher redemptions can't be reversed, so make sure you're logged into the right account before you do this.

All the recipient needs is the 16-digit voucher code.
After you complete the checkout, your vouchers will be created immediately and shown on the order-complete page. A confirmation of your purchase containing the voucher codes will also be sent to the email address you enter in the checkout.
When the voucher is redeemed, a notification email will be sent to the email address you entered on the checkout page. This email will show the name of the user who reedemed the voucher.
If you have a Star Sonata account, you can also check the status of any voucher by entering its code into the box on the account control panel page and clicking "Check". Be sure not to accidentally redeem the voucher against your own account!
The only information available to the recipient are the sender name and greeting message you enter on the voucher personalization page. If you choose to leave these fields blank, the voucher will be anonymous.
