The logic behind the suing of mojang is pretty well founded, honestly; they didn't expect to win, they just have to let people know that their attention is focused, otherwise you'll be seeing " The Other Scrolls: Scaryim!" coming soon to a game store near you.

It really got blown out of proportion, though. If it had been anything but minecraft it would have raised a few eyebrows maybe, but nothing more.
