Take it out if you like. Just removed the Andaman rad field requirement if you do.

The aura looks nice, but since it pulses 20 seconds on/40 seconds off, it's really not broken. It's still a nice boost in big groups, but not nerfworthy when it's only on 1/3 of the time.

Of course, I'm rather biased, but w/e. :P

The stats you are seeing on wiki are the new ones that is why.

Check the change log history to see the original.
