I know why we have a team limit but at the same time I really really hate it. So far the only things a 150 character team limit has accomplished is to:

Force teams to split in 2 and connect through means other then team chat

Reduce the amount of alts you can have on a team or reduce the amount of active players you have on a team, both of which can really suck.

Ya but the damage is done now even if they raise the limit some teams have enough brake offs to give them a huge advantage in the event of a war being able to move 3 HQ"s around for the purpose of bvb is a nice advantage

I would have thought that raising the team character limit would reduce the chance of people using 3 HQ's during bvb

I would really like upgradable teams, where you can invest money into improving team bonuses, like a larger member limit. I really hate the member cap as it is now seeing as I could use ~20 slots on my chars alone (though I don't because there's not enough space!).
