I have heard a lot of comparisons between Eragon and other stories, but never to StarWars.
It makes sense! Though that might be my recent discovery of TVTropes talking. Originality is dead -_- _________________ Jey123456 wrote: That will happen in a future closer than most futures. I was largely disappointed by it. I wish that Galbatorix's death made sense.

Bad guy dies. It would be more of a twist if he didn't get killed.

My issue with the book was how it went exactly how you would think it would till the end. The end made me rage real hard. That being said, edit your post Masterful, no one likes having a book ruined for them =/

I loved the first book and 80% of the second, but after that Paolini gets too caught up in writing out political bull shit and drives the series into the ground for 20% of the second one and all of the third one. Then apparently he botched the last one, and I will still reaad it because I lack foresight.

I still think that Eragon should have hooked up with Elva.

Plus, I don't think Alagaesia has those laws yet.... >.> _________________ Neba wrote: BLACK PEOPLE DON'T GET RICE andezrhode wrote: goett wrote: All oly ships look way to geometrically conservative for my tastes. thats because most graphic designers are squares goett wrote: Fired bullets taste like candy. |

Originality is dead -_- Quite the comparison. Anyway, I think that I'll start my long and illustrious career as a forum lurker... All that can really be said for the book _________________ Space for rent! |
