Re: Do you play with SS's music & sound turned off? I don't have the sound on, because it is annoying. And I can't hear the guys on vent when sound is on.... lol And I also like to listen to my own music, SS's music is lame.....

Re: Do you play with SS's music & sound turned off? I turn off the music and leave the action sounds on because I basically have you tube, Skype or team speak running on the other screen.

Re: Do you play with SS's music & sound turned off? I listen to my team's ventrilo. I keep the music turned off and the sound down a little low so I can hear when things are blowing up. When I do listen to music while playing SS I typically listen to Classical, Rock, Jazz, and the exceptionally small pop/rap collection I possess. Though I have to say, listening to Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture while playing SS is sort of empowering. The ending especially. (If you have no idea which song I am referring to, go watch V for Vendetta, the song where the first building blows up in the beginning is a manipulated version of the 1812 Overture).

i listen to Tool mostly, some Biggee smalls, smashing pumpkins and system of a down if the sound effects didnt suck so badly, i would use them, since it would be a tactical advantage to hear your enemy as i have said, the shots need to sound more like when a wraith in halo fires, because the ships are huge, why should the weapons sound tiny? |
