Post Stasis Generator Warning
I know it can be a hoot to see a slave get destroyed and quite a shocking surprise even for a veteran player. But, we get a warning message when trying to launch a ship without a shield. Why not a warning message for equipping a controlbot on a slave without a stasis generator. Of course, for those that like to trust their galaxies it should still be allowed to have a slave without a stasis generator.

For everyone's information me and Jeff were working on Integrated slave stasis generators into ALL control bots. This would increase the price of control bots, some things had to be worked out .. such as Prism Combat Controlbots which are free.

It was supposed to be ready and implemented for C2...

So that's the idea which will likely go through, not a warning, just probably needs a dev's work.

Anyone able to help generate ideas and help with bugproofing/testing is considered able to help with development. You don't have to be able to code anything to be a true help to the game.

Code knowledge helps a lot. But it doesn't mean you can't help if you can't code.

Oh boy... more carebear mechanics... Slaves used to die completely. Add stasis generators. Oh, I know, let's make it so they can never die. What are they going to do next? Eliminate any reason to PvP? Oh wait... Take away the point in emp run? Oh wait... Yeah, they say it's nearly impossible for one team to control that much population. Then they put a cap on team members, eliminate building the palace completely, make it so you just have to spam your team scores, then kill something and dock, wait, dock and be crowned emp. It's not like people came here for pvp, excitement, or anything like that. It's not like people were so addicted to the way things were that they actually knew all the formulas for how colonies worked. Oh... wait... seriously? What the fuck is this shit and why am I not playing WoW right now? Do we need a warning about everything?

"You don't have an escape pod equipped"
"You can't sell the last ship you have at this station"
I loved the old game. My favorite quote (from a guide, though) was this:
"Help! I sold all of my stuff and transfered all my credits to a space rat!"
Something along those lines. What's even funnier is that that problem is solvable. 20 points to the first person to state the obvious on how ^^.

You're and idiot. This isn't "carebare" at all. I have done this before, and its not like its a complex thing that makes the game, its just something so people don't accidently do something that could hurt them very badly.

I used to be on board for the optional combination of stasis gens and controlbots, but now I really think it would just be best to have a warning when equipping a controlbot without an applicable stasis gen also equipped. Simple and does the job.
