Playing in grain probably isn't the most sanitary form of entertainment.

Quite the contrary, actually. The grain absorbs the bacteria, and the fans dry it out, leaving it almost germ-free.

The fish are probably fuzzy by now. God I love derailing topics. My fish tank gets green after about a week and a half. I have an algae eater and algae pellets.. confused why it keeps turning green. edit* Sorry, I didn't make the humor in the above sentences stick out enough. Fish Tank Algae is annoying. SO many factors need to be considered such as the amount of light the fish tank receives and the amount and type of fish in it. Lol, Sicuro. It's true that I hadn't cleaned the tank in a while when I had taken the picture, but I didn't really have much time to get at it then. It's been cleaned regularly every two weeks since then and is now almost completely clean. I have two Oscars, so the tank will never truely be clean. =P |
