1. Mew = F2p. F2p means no or limited business in Wild Space since most of the shops are located in Celestial Gardens.
2. Earthforce Layer = No PvP. From DF0 to DF300, you can't kill anyone regardless of what their level, war status, or emperor status is. 3. Following said player around 24/7 is a good way to earn a ban for harassment. Voomy may not be around, but I'm sure Bageese will do the same thing if you constantly follow Mew around to find places to kill him. |

If you want to kill people, go ahead and kill them.
These are the easy to avoid causes of bad blood: 1) If you don't want problems down the road from it, don't trashtalk, insult, and mock. People remember the insults far longer than they remember the podding. If they get all pissy about it, be the bigger person and just move on. /ignore exists for a reason. OR be even bigger and talk to them about how to avoid getting wtf pwned again. 2) Don't camp them. Fight people for the fun of PvP combat, not to make their life miserable. Pod them and move on. If you podded them, obviously you should go find someone better. This also connects to number 1. 3) No reason to avoid killing drones, but if the person is OBVIOUSLY weaker than you and much poorer - why are you attacking them to begin with? There's no challenge in fighting them - you're just being an asshat. 4) You might hunt people near content because they're easy to find there, but don't block people from content. You see the same person going to lyceum every day, don't pod them every day - they're obviously not good enough to be a challenge to kill. 5) If you get killed, don't get all pissed off. You got killed. You lost five minutes to get into stasis. You get all pissy, you're basically saying, "hey player who can obviously pod me, why don't you keep attacking me so I can lose even more time" In other words, there's no point to PvP agreements. If people actually PvPed according to a couple basic principles of common courtesy and human decency, there would be a lot more PvP. |

I really want to believe that we can live in the world Clam describes, but conflicts tend to escalate and some people are simply irremediable douches. Before you know it, you're getting camped (which keeps you from spending time doing what you wanted in game), getting blocked from content (ditto), and getting attacked by players with far superior skills and gear. Just the way life is, I suppose.

Thing is if you pvp someone who is a real bragger and you win, they will start giving excuses and showing a lot of hate, eventually erupting into an argument and then KoS's will be given out and then /wars. I personally think people who are like that just need to get a taste of the ugly side of SS, been living in their own little perfect worlds where they can do whatever they want and get away with it for too long now.

If you want any form of PvP agreement, the only thing I would agree to is that if people provide screenies of what you just described, that everyone in the game kills that idiot. If you want there to be PvP in the game, the only way it will happen is if everyone in the game simply kills the hell out of the bragger who starts fights and can't take getting podded for it. |

Look at this games teams as one big fat team. Thats how it works...
One player from one of those teams shoots another player from another team causes war. It should be that if you shoot somebody else you just loot hi and the stuff is yours, ALL the team should be hostile to each other and nobody should be some carebear team or something like that. Make all bases aggro by default and taht will make people pvp. |
