Fraternity is the second stage of the Liberty line of galaxies inhabited by the mean-spirited Wingship II+ AI and the kind-hearted Mini Rags.
The Wingship II+ are the source of the Ravings commodity which is required for Slave Tweaking skill, levels 16-30.
