Cloaks

Cloaks are devices that, when active, reduce how visible a ship is and how easy it is to detect with a radar. Cloaks only use energy when they're active (toggled with 'K' by default). When a cloak is active, the ship will have blue waves drawn on its hull. Cloaks of a given tech require the corresponding level of Cloaking be trained.

The built in mods on a cloak only apply when the cloak is active. However, mods that are not an inherent part of the cloak (such as those applied via Bindomite) always apply.

Cloaks on combat and trade bots automatically apply if appropiate. Cloaking also changes the autopilot logic to act less aggressively (but may overshoot targets).
