The Outlaw's Volcom is found in the Volcom Outpost and also in Brigand's Stronghold. Due to their built-in Outlaw's Volcom Mods and powerful pulse gun, these ships make for a dangerous foe for low leveled players. As such, it is a decent low-tech pirating ship - if you can spare the credits. Cannot be captured.
