permissions broken for me
I am listed as a sysop, but anytime i try to do something using sysop powers, ie move a page, rollback edits, delete a page, change permissions, edit protected pages, edit system pages, i get an error message that says i cant. please fix. -

- Didn't help. I cant edit the Help page nor can i delete.I get this error:
