The Finisher is a weapon device that is inbuilt onto the Volcom, Volcom+ and Outlaw's Volcom.
It requires 300 energy and charges at 20.0 energy/second. It creates 3 multifired Surgical Laser beams that deal 100 surgical damage each (300 all together) at 100 range (DPE: 1).
