One of the weakest uber AI, at level 9, Rattie Moe is a part of Ahab's mission chain. This beast boasts several weapons and sometimes drops his own personal Rattie Moe Augmenter.
New players should find his shielding to be pesky, but his weaponry is not a general cause for concern.
A good way to defeat Rattie Moe is to out-range him with a MagCannon or other long-ranged weapon. Most of his weapons have low range and low damage, which makes him easy to exterminate - given that you do not become trapped in his web of dung pellets!
