Star Sonata 2 (commonly known as C2 or client 2) is an update to the game engine. Star Sonata 2 will feature 3D graphics, new sounds, pop-up menus, in-depth control over drones and slaves, and much more.
Wherever Star Sonata 2 appears, "Soon TM" follows. The reason for this is the amount of time it was delayed. The first mentions of Star Sonata 2 dates back to sometime in 2006, and the release date was set to be 2009!
Ambiguous reports from Aurora Ex Machina state that Star Sonata 2 will be released in October of 2011.
