 Trying to fill in all the random ai that are missing, adding the gear tag to ships without gear lists, and generally fixing everything up.

-I have almost completed the list of weapons, i beleive, i just need to fill in the stats for some, and i dont have very many stats for Giga weapons. I will be reposting what i have soon, until then, the [[Weapons/Sort_by_tech]] page is the closest thing to my list.
