When viewing a base as a visitor the trading bay provides a number (?) of tabs listing the buying and selling price for the station.<br /> <br /> == Colonies ==<br /> <br /> Colonies use the [[commodities]] tab of the trading bay to decide how many commodities to buy and sell with the base. If the colony has a ruin, a player can place the item on the appropriate tab. If the base's buy price is above the colony's ruin price, the base has the funds, and the colony hasn’t reached the extraction limit for that item, the base will (eventually) buy one of those items.<br /> <br /> == Trading bay prices ==<br /> <br /> There are two ways to change the [[credits|prices]] of items listed in the trading bay. The first is to re-add it with the “Add item to trade” button from the control tab on the base.
