Support Tickets are the playerbases way of getting in touch with the Administrators or Developers. Support Tickets are used in cases involving exploitable bugs, glitches, billing problems, harassment, and more. To send one of these, just go to the Forums [http://www.starsonata.com/forums| The Star Sonata Forums] and find a name with blue text. This will be an administrator or developer and in their signature you'll find a link to make a support ticket.

If it's a stupid issue like your slaves fighting back when they get shot because they're on Fight Enemies, the admins might not respond. In this case just ask in all chat before sending in a ticket. Please note that admins are very busy working on Star Sonata and may not respond for several weeks, depending on your ticket priority. Falsifying priority is generally a bad idea as admins begin to be skeptical if your tickets in the future.

+Usually Support Tickets are sent in for obvious bugs or problems that cannot be solved by asking in All Chat. Your average support ticket will contain a summary of the problem or request, a reason, and proof (if possible). It's worth noting that setting the priority to high for each one, no matter how trivial the problem, will eventually cause your tickets to be ignored. Administrators and Developers are very busy making Star Sonata better, and support tickets take time to read and address the problem, so please be patient when waiting for a response.
