 Founded pre [http://wiki2.starsonata.com/index.php/Serengeti Serengeti] Sheilds was around during the golden years of Starsonata, when piloting took skill in addition to funding. The onset of Serengeti led to player your mother and i's panther, who later established himself as a powerful pilot and the leader of Sheild's split team "Ninth Sphere".
-Apper declared some time around 2009-2010 that he would be leaving the game. Apper being the personality that truly held the team together caused a dissolve. The team split into two main groups. One group being players who were left and distributed themselves among other teams; Notebly: Stargeneral who's team decision is lost, Fastjack and MoneyMaker576 who left for Aidelon, and Reaper Pride who went on to form Torchwood and rise to fame. The second group decided to found the team Ninth Sphere which consisted of players Your mother and i as director, Projectile and Jrodpower as councilors MF Danger and Seer Neba. While not a large team, they wielded significant power, allied with the likes of great teams Death Mental and Torchwood; yet were all held together by their original home of Sheilds.
