Piloting 20 is obtained via a mission at the Rumble Mumble station, which requires Piloting 19 to unlock. Starting the mission causes AI in the galaxy to drop Rumble Pirate Crests which 25 can then be exchanged for the Piloting 20 skill. Each AI has a different drop rate on the the mission items, with Slumberchromes having only a chance of dropping 1 while [[The Arsonist]] will always drop at least 1 with a chance of up to 3 per death.
