Perilous Space contains many dangerous enemies and is not owned by anyone due to it's chaotic nature. On the edge of this layer, you can find [[Perilous Perilous Space]], an extremely dangerous area.

=== Base Building ===
You can only build bases in [[Biologique]] and [[Emphatic Biology]], and can deploy drones in [[Anatolia]] only. Except for Anatolia, those star systems can be owned and protected.

Perilous Space has a lot of special star systems.
*[[Anatolia]] - The Galactic Palace can be found here, along with [[King Midas]].
*[[Biologique]] - Similar to Emphatic Biology, the asteroids here can be mined for [[Microbes Noirs]] and converted by blueprint into [[Microbes Amoureuses]] for [[Station Management]] training to 20.
*[[Bipolar]] - Two factions war here over push and pull tractors and which is the superior kind of tractor, you can find many useful skills here along with some useful tractors available for purchase.
*[[Blue Photon Processing]] - Blue Photon's processing facility, you can find the blueprints for [[Fighter Bays|Capital Fighter Bays]] here.
*[[Bonnet]] - This colony world is under siege from pirates who are blocking incoming trade convoys and need assistance, be careful however, as you may end up trapped here too.
*[[Dragon's Lair]] - The lair of [[Ancalagon the Black]], one of the most powerful beings in the universe.
*[[Earthforce Perilous Outpost]] - The center of Perilous Space, protected by Earthforce.
*[[Emphatic Biology]] - Similar to Biologique, the asteroids here can be mined for [[Microbes Blancs]] and converted by blueprint into [[Microbes Warp]] for [[Warp Navigation]] training to 4.
*[[Enigmatic Sector]] - The [[Paxians]] are researching a mysterious anomaly here, where one of their research vessels was pulled into the anomaly and never returned.
*[[Hallway to Mother]] - Entrance to fight [[Mother]], a wanted criminal who stole the [[Paxian Battle Frigate Blueprint]] from [[Earthforce]].
*[[Horrible Rocky]] - Similar to [[Rocky Horror]], you can mine in this location for useful materials.
*[[Iq' Bana]] - The center of operations for the [[UrQa]] in this galaxy, the [[Qokujiii Qa'ik]] commands from here and can be defeated to train [[Weaponry]] to 20.
*[[Kalthi Stronghold]] - The [[Kalthi]] have set up an outpost on the outer rim of Perilous Space, inside [[Perilous Perilous Space]], you can purchase some of their broken gear here.
