 When it was first released there was a bug involving the drop-rate of the blueprint making it ridiculously easy to obtain, flooding the market with the blueprints with many of them still in circulation. To counteract this, the blueprint requirements were increased and the drop-rate significantly lowered. The blueprint can now be obtained as a random [[Ubers|uber]] and DG drop, and is fairly uncommon.
