=DNA Gathering Method=

*Use the tractor beam on the type of ship you want to get DNA from
*You only get 4 DNA from an ai, regardless of if it evolves/devolves so kill it after that
*Can’t find the ships you want? Make them!!

1. Go into the Pajca arm, find a galaxy with a good roid belt.
2. Blow up asteroids till you see some eggs pop out
3. Wait till the eggs hatch (unless you need Sahvitra DNA)
4. Note that eggs typically hatch to t0 ships that don’t give DNA. Wait till they evolve. the exception is with capital ship types
5. These AI will despawn after about 5 mintues so don’t spawn too many at once so you cant extract from them all
6. This method doesn’t really work for getting Tier 2 DNA -- again, exception is the capship types.
7. Alternatively, go into the first level of one of the boss instances and all of the mini bosses spawn eggs which evolve and dont despawn.

Note that DNA has a 12 hour half-life, so freeze any that you don’t intend to use immediately!
