These missions take you across the universe in a wild goose chase for the A38 Passcard. You must try to figure out where the cashiers are that can help you obtain and complete the required paperwork. They gave 36 XP at level 142, so figure out how much xp for your level by yourself. The last mission did give 10x that at 356.
