Prospecting is the extraction of resources using a specially designed Tractor beam that comes from [[Capella]].

While Prospecting you may find: [[Tin]], [[Copper]], [[Laconia]], [[Metals]], [[Nuclear Waste]], [[Silicon]], [[Umbra]], [[Bindomite]], [[Silver]], [[Adamantium]], [[Petroleum]], [[Alien Bacteria]], [[Bacta]], [[Eridium]] (Super Rare), [[Jelly Beans]], [[Dark Matter]], [[Energon]], [[Rubicite]], [[Warpwnium]], [[Promethium Crystals]],[[Frozen Blob]],[[Ablution Crystals]] And [[Shrinkonium]]

Effective extraction speed will vary from that listed - Extraction Power increases extraction speed above that listed (such that higher Extraction Power Tractors function relatively more quickly than their listed extraction speed would indicate). This is separate and independent of the ramp up in speed experienced when a given commodity has been extracted for a given period of time.
