This is a small client update to fix some issues that have showed up recently.
* Fix a multitude of slowdown related to object loading and particles, resulting in a pretty good performance improvement
* Fix for a render thread using cpu when it did not need to (should mean that with background rendering disabled, client in the background will use very little cpu)
* Fix for 3 different client crashes.

As most people know, I am Jey123456, the french Canadian who like to hide in the snow and read memory dumps from both client and server crashes.
I mostly handle behind the scene work, fixing crashes, improving performances and fixing other programmers stuff when needed. I also make sure the code remain maintainable and as properly structured as can be. Ensure the server hardware stay secure, running as smoothly as possible and that we have proper backups running as well as contingency plans if everything were to explode tomorrow.
The closest thing to something player can see that i have been directly doing is applying patches and sometimes helping on bug tickets.
