Post Mods on artifacts
For next patch, artifacts bought from colonies now have a relatively high chance to come with mods on them based on tech level. This won't affect the low level artifacts that much, but the high level ones have the potential to be a lot better and sometimes come with multiple mods.

He meant that there are BP's from ruins, and ruins can now be modded, so maybe ruin BP's could be modded :roll:

Also, there are modded items like that out there. I'm pretty sure there's a dynamic merc diss or two out there as well, they were modded back during the old contests. And they're not all that broken :P

1-2 being the key point. Tallon is BOSS with his, do we really want like 20 Tallons :shock:
