Virtual Circuit Reset by the Remote Side

Solution While playing Star Sonata you get logged off and this error is displayed: Virtual Circuit Reset by the Remote Side.

This usually happens when you are having connectivity problems. Even when you can get on the internet your connection can be compromised.

There are a few things that you can try by yourself:

1. Turn your modem off.
2. Turn your router off.
3. Turn your modem on.
4. Wait till your modem indicates it is connected to the internet. (if you do not know how to tell if the modem is connected, consult the manual or wait about 2 minutes.
5. Turn your router back on.
6. Reboot your computer.
7. Login to Star Sonata.

If this does not fix your problem and Star Sonata is working for other players you may want to contact your ISP and tell them you are having connectivity issues.
